Delete your Exhibition Explorer account

Deleting your account permanently removes it and everything stored against it. This cannot be undone, and we cannot restore it afterwards.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, contact number, age range, occupation, citizenship and profile photo
• Your exhibition registrations and facility bookings
• Your collected vouchers and the record of vouchers you scanned
• Your favourites, notifications and notification settings
• Your activity history, including scans and the exhibitors you viewed
• Any feedback you submitted
• Push notification registrations for your devices

What is kept

Nothing that identifies you. Aggregate exhibition statistics that cannot be traced back to a person may remain, and records we are required to keep by law are retained only for as long as that obligation lasts.

Checking whether you are signed in…

If you can no longer sign in, contact the exhibition organisers from the email address the account was registered with and ask for it to be deleted.
