Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Exhibition Explorer app, which is operated by ABC Horizon Pte Ltd (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not create an account.

Your account

• You must give accurate details when you register, and keep them up to date under My Page → My Profile Details.
• One account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
• You can delete your account at any time from your profile page or at /delete-account. Deletion is permanent.

Using the app

The app is provided for visitors to the exhibition, to browse exhibitors and stage events, find their way around, register, make facility bookings, collect vouchers and scan codes at booths. Please do not:

• use it unlawfully, or to harass, impersonate or mislead anyone;
• submit feedback or profile content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes someone else’s rights;
• attempt to gain access to accounts, data or parts of the system that are not yours;
• interfere with the app’s operation, or use automated means to extract data from it.

We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms.

Vouchers, bookings and registrations

Vouchers, gifts, facility bookings and event registrations made through the app are offered by the exhibition organisers and the participating exhibitors, and are subject to their own conditions, to availability, and to the times and quantities stated. They have no cash value. A booking or registration is not confirmed until the app shows it as confirmed, and the organisers may change or withdraw an offer, or amend the programme, at any time.

Content and ownership

The app, its design and its content belong to us or to our licensors, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Anything you submit — a profile photo, feedback — remains yours, and you grant us permission to store and display it as needed to operate the app and to share feedback with the exhibition organisers.

Scanning

The camera is used only to read QR and LinkRay codes while you are scanning, and images from it are not stored or transmitted. The scanner depends on your device’s camera and on the lighting at the venue, and we cannot guarantee that every code will be read on every device.

Availability

We aim to keep the app running throughout the exhibition, but it is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and information in it — programme times, exhibitor details, maps — may change without notice. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

What we collect and why is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do, and significant changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
